Promoter

1. The Promoter of this voucher are the Participating Dealers as listed in the portal (“Participating Dealer”).

Period of offer

1. The period of this offer is from 00:00 on 1 October 2019 and ends on 23:59 on 31 March 2020.

Eligibility

1. The voucher is open to owners or operators of AGCO machinery who book a qualifying workshop service or for a parts order for AGCO parts to the value of £500 GBP in the United Kingdom and €500 EUR excluding VAT in France, Ireland and Germany, or more before or during the period of offer. The spend value excludes VAT. This excludes employees of AGCO Limited or its holding or subsidiary companies, their families, agents or any third parties directly associated with administration of the voucher.

2. To obtain a voucher, customers must visit www.agcovoucher.com (“Web Portal”) and will be required to enter and submit their business details in a form. The Web Portal will then provide the customer with a voucher which shall be limited, at the individual Participating Dealer’s discretion, to a maximum of 1 (one) voucher per customer OR limited to 1 (one) voucher per customer machines and have a unique voucher number.

3. To receive the discount, the voucher must be presented to the dealer.

Validity

1. The validity of the voucher is limited to AGCO customers in France, Germany, the United Kingdom and Ireland.

2. The voucher is for a value of £50 GBP excluding VAT for customers in the United Kingdom and for €50 EUR excluding VAT for customers in France, Ireland and Germany.

3. The voucher must be used before 31 March 2020 and neither AGCO nor the Participating Dealer accepts any liability for any vouchers not redeemed within the period of offer.

4. Subject to the Participating Dealer’s discretion, only 1 (one) voucher discount per customer or 1 (one) per customer machine, shall be redeemed.

5. Voucher codes shall only be redeemed towards the purchase of AGCO filters and workshop services.

6. All vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

7. Where all or part of an order/purchase is refunded or cancelled, the refund will be the total due less the discount given.

8. AGCO and/or the Participating Dealer has the right to withdraw the offer or amend these terms and conditions related to the offer at any time.

9. This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other coupon, discount or promotion.

Personal Information

1. AGCO Limited shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can accessed at: https://www.agcocorp.com/privacy.html, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering and submitting your details for a voucher, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your voucher customer experience.

2. AGCO Limited will share your company name and unique voucher number with your chosen franchised dealer. AGCO Limited will store your email address for the period of the offer if you request for your voucher to be sent by email.

Law and Jurisdiction

1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and customers to the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
